  The item safely arrived without damage and in mint plastic wrap, however the box and the booklet itself shows some minor scratch/fold marks but understandable as this CD might have been put in storage for 10yrs. It did took almost a week for the seller to provide shipment updates/tracking no. and got me worried a bit however the seller did eventually responded and gave a reliable tracking. Overall a satisfied purchase experience, thank you.

  Excellent seller! I bought multiple cds and they were all very well packaged together and protected in bubble wrap and cardboard. Seller also provided a shipping discount for purchasing multiple cds and free photocards. Shipping was also very fast from Korea to the US which I appreciate! It came over a month earlier than the estimated delivery date. Thank you so much! I will definitely return and shop for more.

  Good bootleg. Subtitles could only be accessed on computer. Wished it had dvd menu. Nice packaging and as described. Worried at first that there were no subtitles but I was able to find them on the computer. Shipped nicely in bubble wrap. Great value.

  I was nervous to order something from so far away (South Korea) that was this expensive, particularly since there are several different versions and different region codes. This seller is great with communication and answered all of my questions. The CD/Blu-Ray was packed incredibly well to protect it during shipping, and the set was brand new (unopened). I was also very happy that it is a genuine, OEM product (not bootlegged). I would highly recommend Softbay Korea! A+++++++++
