Sales rep Lois was very helpful and sent a label but after a few attempts (just one of those things) to send back the order, the representative issued a full refund and said to dispose of the items. Can't fault the sales rep Lois as she helped sort out this matter. Great job. Would recommend.

Great communication, quick dispatch and overall wonderful customer service. It’s a well packaged tent which I will be able to fold back to its original bag with ease. (This is a rarity among tents as most manufacturers make the bag way too small to repackage). Lightweight yet feels durable with a strong and thick base layer. Sadly only textual assembly instructions.
