  Item arrived completely destroyed. They offered a refund or to send new initially but now won’t reply whatsoever after I told them to just issue a refund. I’ve sent numerous messages to try and contact them with no reply whatsoever. Save the money and buy from someone else or get a different brand.

  They claim mail out same day, but in reality was only mailed a week later after having to contact and ask when they would ship… also shipping is quite high.
