    It was packaged very well for transportation and nothing was broken. Each stone was individually wrapped & the box itself was also wrapped up multiple times. Very happy with the outcome.

    My order wasn’t package well at all. Both ceramic pieces were touching in the box with no bubble wrap in between them cause them to hit each other in the box and my order arrived broken. i reached out to the seller and asked if they could replace it they said yes but never did and never replied back too me about moving forward and I had to file with eBay to get my money back.

    Unfortunately I can control how the shipping companies handle the package. You opened a return request, and I contacted you in less than one hour offering a replacement. But you didn’t close the case. So you money was refunded in less then 24 hours after you opened the case. It took that long to refund because we were communicating back and forth. I can’t send you a replacement if the case is open, even if I send you a replacement eBay will force me to refund your money if the case is open.
