    Shipping did take a lot longer do to the 1st shipping companies problems. The seller did have great communication and let me know about the problem, but they kept me informed until delivery. (Thanks) The item was packaged good, and was in very good shape. I would use this seller again.

    The shipping process was smooth. I received it within the timeframe that was promised. The packaging was beat up and dented, but that was probably the fault of the USPS carrier and not the seller. The umbrella does look as described. It opens properly, I don’t see any tears, and it seems very similar if not the same as my original umbrella that I recently lost. For the condition and my overall experience, I’d say the value was worth it. I only had it a day, but so far, I am happy with my item.

    Everything shipped well and was sealed as described. The seller was awesome enough to negotiate the price with me! I got a great deal off of this transaction. Definitely plan on buying from this seller again, I advise all who read this to do the same.
