  This seller is fantastic! Even though there was a slight hiccup in posting the wrong jacket after one message they apologised and had the correct jacket posted out the next day and were arranging the return of the initial one sent. I couldn’t have asked for a more understanding helpful person. Thank you so much.

  Brilliant !! Item arrived today in excellent condition - Seller thoughtfully took the time and made the effort to wrap this fragile item in enough protective wrapping to ensure its was transported safely. Item was as described and arrived sooner than expected !! I highly recommend this seller !!

  I would give more stars if I could. This was an incredible experience. I asked the seller to ship it asap as it is a surprise gift for my granddaughter who was visiting the expected delivery week. It arrived on time, in great condition, exactly as described. The reaction she had seeing this doll was priceless and caught on video. A moment we will treasure thanks to the great service and help from the seller! Worth every penny.
