    I had one communication/question for the seller and they responded virtually immediately with the required information. The garment took a little time getting here (12 days) but I was in no hurry and it arrived in good shape and was just as advertised.

    Beautiful sweater that is definitely excellent, as stated by seller. Great info/photos about this sweater. Seller shipped item super fast in secure packaging. Even the shipping costs were very reasonable. Excellent value. Would trust this seller again for a purchase.

    I bought some items that were super fragile and despite doing their best to pack them, two pieces were damaged en route. Given how fragile they were, I didn't fault the seller but I did send a message about the pieces that were damaged the night I received them and when I checked my messages the next day, a refund had been issued for those damaged items along with an apology. We always want things to go smoothly but sh1t happens. They could not have handled it better so they deserve 5 stars.
