    I received my order that had been beaten up in the mail. The snap caps were all rolling around in the box and one was missing. (All the fault of USPS, not the seller) I contacted the seller and he sent me out a whole new set of snap caps. Great service! The snap caps themselves are excellent. They look just like real rounds except for the primer which is a rubber/epoxy of some sort. I will be buying more.

    In my opinion the shipment took a little longer than desired but not due to the seller at all when i reached out to inquire about the whereabouts of my product. I received a prompt response in which he said he was gonna look into it and try to find out where my package is and if he couldn’t find it, he would send a new one out. he was very helpful, very polite and accommodating, and I would do business with him over and over I had no issues with him. Great seller.

    Item was packaged securely, shipped promptly and exactly as described. The caps feel to be of much better materials than other mass made snap caps, and are sold at exceptionally good pricing. The package did not arrive on time, but that fault lies with the Post Office for letting it sit for days; not the seller. Wholeheartedly recommend this product and seller!

    Excellent seller! The snap caps arrived quickly and exactly as described — items in great condition, neatly organized, and securely packaged. Quality and weight is right on. No jams. TSA even complimented. Craftsmen ship is superb. Seller communication was prompt and friendly. Great value and a pleasure to deal with. Highly recommended and would buy from this seller again!

    Value is great. Unfortunately the package didn’t arrive, and possibly lost in the mail. That being said, the response from the seller was swift in resolving the matter, will definitely recommend and shop with them again.
