  The seller did an excellent job of packing the item. Unfortunately because of the polar vortex extreme cold, the item arrived with the glaze cracked all over. Laurie was quick to respond to my refund request and very magnanimous in the exchange. Would purchase from her in the future. Thank you,!

  I can’t believe the care that went into the packing of the 6 Metlox dinner plates I ordered. And the plates only needed to travel from Glendale to Gilbert! I had contacted you about possibly picking them up to save the effort, but then thought I would complicate things, so I asked you to mail them. When I saw the thorough packing, I felt badly! Anyway, the plates are in great condition, and will be perfect with the few other Strawberry pattern dishes I have. (1965 Wedding gifts) Thank you!!
