  I am super disappointed with this seller. The sale went off without any problem, 10🌟’s. Great sending of an item. There was a mixup with shipping labels and I received someone else’s item. This has happened once before but it was resolved with COMMUNICATION. I received a refund from eBay. I attempted communication with the seller two times, but NEVER heard from them at all. I would buy from them again if they have something I’m interested in. Mixups happen, I understand, but OWN UP, TALK.

  This was a tough purchase Although I bought from this seller before with no problems, this time it was different. I bought 6 items of thread. When the package arrived there was only 4 items of threads. The seller had not contacted me prior to shipping that one of the threads was out of stock. I bought a thread in quantity 2 and only received 1. I checked items against the packing slip to see what happened. No refund was issued until I contacted her. Got the 5th thread under separate cover later.
