  Item came as described! Item was put into tracking right away but there were some issues with the shipping company. Once it actually shipped it came in like 2 days! Item works. Going to film test it soon. Seller was very responsive and kind. Item was securely packaged and wrapped!

  My item got hung up while shipping, the seller stayed in contact with me and answered between 15 mins and two hours later the entire time. They also would update me each time the item arrived at the next destination. I can't hold him responsible for shipping delays whole in transit. . SmokeGrafix World is top notch. I bought this for my brother and it was just as described.
