      The seller was very responsive and issued a full refund on a subframe crossmember we had ordered. When it arrived, it had rust holes under the plastic panels (that the seller would not have necessarily known about). When the part arrived and we realized it was not usable, we asked for a full refund (part and shipping). The seller asked for pictures of the part received, which we provided, and he did not hesitate to provide a full refund. He provided great communications! Thank you!

      Great seller l, good communication, item as described, only the shipping fee and delivery time wasn’t very good, but in general I like the seller and I recommend to deal with them, thank you for your honesty

      There was an issue with my order a missing piece seller was very fast to fix the problem and send me the missing piece I highly recommend doing business with this seller. Great price and fast shipping.

      The vendor was very courteous and communicated directly with me about the part and what was needed to fulfill the order. The seller was honest about the part when it was pulled it was not in useable condition and contact was made by the seller and a refund was issued. I would recommend this seller based upon my experience.

      The item was a little different than what I ordered and there was damage from shipping. I reached out to the seller and they resolved my issue pretty quickly. I was able to swap a couple parts over and all was well. The damage in shipping was probably a rare occurrence. Started out rocky but ended up with a good experience.
