From there the shirt arrived by the estimated date so kudos to the seller and the USPS.   I submitted a PayPal dispute on this seller and won. Seller did not show damage to the purse in photos, nor did he disclose the damage in his description of the purse. He stated to me that is was “normal wear and tear “. His idea of normal is different to mine. Positive feedback because I know that negative score can really affect a person’s business adversely, and I’ve no interest in doing that. Got all of my $$$ back and I’m happy.
