My guitar came packed wrapped in bubble wrap in the case as well the case being bubble wrapped inside the shipping box. Everything is as described and I got it 2 weeks earlier than expected. For it coming all the way from Japan I got a good value. Its a scary process ordering something like this online and it coming from overseas but Guitar Garage was reliable and trustworthy and I received exceptional service and am thoroughly pleased.
