Despite prompt payment, the item was never dispatched, and I received no communication or updates. While I was eventually refunded, the complete lack of service ensures I won’t be returning. Prospective buyers should compare prices on the seller’s own website, where items are roughly 6% cheaper. Better prices and likely better service can also be found in Holland or direct from China.

I measured mine and compared it to the list on the website and thought it should be ok. It arrived safely today and does fit my scope, along with the probes etc. There is no storage space for the mains lead however.

Now I have it I'm not disappointed. Forget the past about Chinese products, this unit is of high quality. It's a professional device, of solid build and well designed. Functionality is better than I expected. I'm measuring 1.4 VDC down to 10uV, which is what I needed the unit for. The packaging was very good and protected the product well. Delivered in good condition. Many thanks
