    Phone arrived on time. The description could have done with being clearer as it didn’t have the features I was looking for. I contacted the seller who told me to return it for a full refund which went through quickly. It cost me a small fortune though to send it back to Hong Kong. My fault for not asking questions about it before ordering it. Will stick to buying locally from now on.

    Bought a brand new phone, it arrived from China in less than 2 weeks. It was as described, in unopened packaging with a CE mark on the phone..... Set the phone up in English, connected to the Google Play store, all great really.

    I needed to return the first phone back as it had a hardware issue with the fingerprint recognition, apparently this is an occasional problem with this model. The seller was very helpful with all my questions and queries, I really appreciated the communication and customer service and they promptly sent out a replacement which is working fine. I was nervous about buying a phone this way but I would totally recommend buying from this seller. Thankyou
