They explained that delivery would be later than expected and offered a few options. I would normally not have minded a delay, but it's for my little girl's b'day, and being late isn't an option. The prices for the packs were VERY fair, with the 1 offer provided being a nice little gesture from the seller that I appreciated! Really FAST & SAFE SERVICE with regards to shipping & items were both PRISTINE! A++++++++
