Packaging was a no-frills envelope, just as they describe on their store page. However, the disc was damaged and skipped/froze but they were quick to refund me. They are a very honest seller! A lot of pre-owned discs sellers say the discs are very good or like new when they aren't even close. This was not the case here - all were as described or better ("very good" looked "like new"). They were well packaged and promptly shipped, arriving quicker than the eBay estimate. I've set as a favored seller and will do business again!!!!

The dvd played properly so it was shipped and packaged well by the shipper which added to its value. The shipper communicated professionally and I would buy from this seller again.

While the item was damaged( possibly from transit in shipping), as soon as I received the disc and saw that it was damaged I messaged the seller and they were very apologetic and offered me a full refund. So while the purchase was not perfect, the seller took what could have been a bad transaction and remedied the situation to my satisfaction without having to get EBAY to step in, that being said, I would be happy to order from the seller again.
