Skyhaven Harvest did an incredible job with the packing. Though the shipping was not tracked, the item arrived on the earlier side of the expected delivered by dates. The Bach Piccolo trumpet was exactly as described, and was not a cheap, knock off horn. I'm grateful for this purchase, the quality, and efficiency in which the item was received. 10/10 would recommend. Thank you!!
