When I contacted the seller he did provide a tracking number that did show it was delivered. It seems the post office either lost it or delivered it to the wrong address. The seller offered no compensation of any kind or a deal on a future purchase, and fair enough as it did show it was delivered, but other sellers have shown a bit more compassion for this rare occurrence and for this I have to give a Neutral feedback.
