  The vaccum cleaner was packaged securely and shipped in a timely manner. The machine functioned as described for about 2 weeks then it failed to work properly. Communication with the seller was excellent. After a few adjustments to the machine, according to manufacturing instructions sent by the seller, the machine is working properly. I recommend this seller because customer service is very good and returns are available if the product received doesn't work as described .
