  I had a small tool delivered and then found the packaging had been damaged and the item was no longer in the package, I contacted the seller and he said no problem and sent another out immediately which was with me in a couple of days.   Arrived in good time although the package was damaged due to bad transit meaning the wooden torque handle was missing. I messaged the seller and they responded in very good time offering to cover the cost if I could source one. I managed to use an old broom handle that was broken from the brush and told the seller. They were very kind in still issuing me a partial refund for my troubles. Very impressive service and great customer care. Thank you very much.

  Normally i avoid any thing that seems to good to be true but delighted i gone for this item form this great seller. This great augur is £55 in Screwfix i paid less than £30 and had it delivered free. All i can say is many thanks to a seller i have no hesatation in hightly recommendin and, many thanks, perhaps should add well packed and fast delivery.
