    Item arrived well packaged, delivery was on time, but courier information was confusing, advertised as posting royal mail 24hour, then had email from amazon delivery with tracking that was useless, then it arrived by royal mail? So it was confusing, but happy with the purchase.

    Good value item when compared to the price of the original manufacturer's part. Item as advertised. Dispatch and delivery was OK, but a little on the slow side. However the packaging was only just a say passable considering the item bought was an electronic sensor (a sensitive part) and yet was not afforded any adequate protection whatsoever.

    Absolutely brilliant purchase, the quality and value for money was excellent. Item arrived in good condition and on time. I was kept informed of parcels progress all the way through, actually dispatched on 17th July, arrived 18th July- outstanding! I couldn’t be happier! I wouldn’t hesitate in recommending this seller.

    Item arrived as described looks good quality. Would use the seller again they did everything they said they would. I recommend they change the courier service Amazon shipping were rubbish Amazon customer services 0/10. However the Amazon driver was a really good guy when he arrived explained what had happened and apologised very friendly. .
