The item is well packaged in heavy cardboard box and foam padding and arrived with very minor damage, a bent steel tab, which was easily bent back into position. Amazing for traveling from east coast to the west coast. Refurbished but looks like brand new. It's a bargain as compared to an expensive Honda mower.

The item arrived quickly and looks like brand new. The box was moderately damaged on arrival, and one part was missing; however, I contacted the seller and they were very responsive and apologetic. They sent a replacement part out immediately. I've only had limited use of the item so far, but it seems to get the job done very well.

I've not yet opened the box to check that all parts are there but I will contact seller if there's a problem. (I was delayed in giving feedback on this item because it was delivered the same day I was admitted to hospital. A family member brought the package inside for me and mentioned the box had some damage.)
