I contacted the seller and explained what my issue was The seller responded to me in a positive manner and he offered me a couple of options for me to choose from for him to resolve it. The seller resolved the issue in a timely and professional manner. I am happy with the seller resolving the issue I had and thank him for his great customer service. I recommend this seller.     A+ eBay seller. Item just as described. The item is well packaged in heavy cardboard box and foam padding and arrived with very minor damage, a bent steel tab, which was easily bent back into position. Amazing for traveling from east coast to the west coast. Refurbished but looks like brand new. It's a bargain as compared to an expensive Honda mower.
