    Very good seller. She packaged the racquet nicely early morning and dropped it off at UPS as soon as they opened. No unnecessary delays with shipping! Impressed, this is how shipping and notification communication should be! Great product as described. All intact wrappers, labels! I registered racquet at Head which recognized the genuine serial number. Very good value experience, gained with the racquet shipped and delivered promptly. Thank you!

    Truly excellent seller, communicated well and product was in even better condition than described. Shipped quickly and the racket was packaged very well, absolutely no damage at all during shipping. I wouldn't hesitate to purchase again from this seller.

    Great customer service, messaged me just minutes after the purchase, explained everything I needed to know before shipping the racket. It was delivered as advertised. Packaging was great with sufficient protection and cushion. Shipping was a little slow, but I believe it was because it was from the west coast to the east coast and it was within the Thanksgiving week. 10/10 would recommend, thanks Jen, you are a rockstar.
