    Very quick turnround. Arrived so well packaged, damage would have to be deliberate, not accidental. Even then, they'd need to try really hard. Images (photos, two on each mug) were exactly where requested, and in the same vivid colours as the originals. Have no hesitation in highly recommending this seller. Very happy customer. :-)

    They made a mistake on 1 mug 2 months ago initially they said they would replace it after numerous emails and occasionally getting answered I'm still waiting for the replacement, 3 times they said they would replace it , I'm still waiting totally disappointed as I read the reviews and decided to party with my money , the after service is atrocious, I am now going to have to buy elsewhere shame on you!

    Customer recieved replacement mug, I sent a replacement which got lost so we then sent another which has now arrived.

    Perfect and quick response. Within the day they have a brilliant design for me despite me changing it at least 3 times. I was kept updated on progress and delivery was just 4 days after placing my order. I’m a very happy customer and highly recommend them.
