    Delivered in good quality condition. Would've appreciated it shipping in a separate box instead of being wrapped in plastic as carriers don't always treat packages as nice as we'd hope. Would've paid extra for the box/shipping if offered. Otherwise, a pleasant experience and overall happy with my purchase.

    Item as described but very slow shipping. Seller said item shipped and printed shipping label but did not drop the package off for a week and blamed the timing on ups when it said dropped off a week after the label was made.

    Good Day, Sorry for inconvenience. The pacakge was drop off at the usps insted UPS by mistake until find out from you it was our mistake it so shipped new one to you. other unit was lost. We can give you $20 refund for credit.
