    Literally the best interaction I've ever had purchasing something via eBay. The seller packaged our item incredibly well but, in spite of that, the box was still badly damaged during shipping, resulting in damage to the product. The seller was so kind and insisted on making things right for us. I'm so happy with this interaction that I'm already browsing the rest of their listings, and will absolutely be back the next time I'm gift shopping!
