  I didn’t receive the goods when expected, but once I contacted the seller and advised them, they got me another set straight out - I received the new ones within 48 hours. Communication, service and quality excellent. Very obliging postage cost good. I recommend this seller and will be using them again myself.

  Lovely die cuts, many thanks. I'm ticking the box for delivered on time as delays by Royal Mail of course, absolutely no fault of the seller and in particular the recent Royal Mail strikes - I was never worried as I've always good service from this seller which I much appreciate.

  The topper didn't turn up on time , seller refunded me in full no questions, topper turned up 2 days later, I offered to pay but seller wouldn't hear of it . Fantastic service and I'll definitely shop with you again . Topper was beautiful when it turned up . Thanks you for been really generous 😊
