    Seller went way beyond what most users do when problems arise. Laptop was received with a severely damaged/busted/cracked screen. Totally unusable. He send me his last unit like this one, with no expense on my part! This is an example of a very generous and trusting person! This package was mishandled by the shipper. I will compensate the seller for honesty and goodwill. Thank you so very much!

    There was an issue with the charging cord but this seller caught it before sending, sent me a partial refund and included a link to purchase the correct cord from another seller on eBay. The item arrived well before the estimated delivery date, perfectly as described. I’m impressed with how professional and efficient this seller is!
