  It may seems strange to report that an incomplete transaction is positive, but hear me out. We sellers and buyers we can control our own actions, but not shipper's. The seller contacted me when she/he was aware that I had not received the dress timely. The second message I received from the seller was to notify me of the refund of my payment without my raising this. Furthermore, the seller offered to allow me to keep the dress is it should arrive later without my reissuing payment. Oh,my.
