  My order arrived damaged on both screen protectors were cracked already. I messaged them and the same day they replied and shipped out a new order and I had it within 2 days. I've ordered these in the past, they were great to exactly what I need to do. Will order again if I need more.

  Although the package arrived over 2 weeks past the delivery date.. there was a clear line of communication with this seller and this was in no way the fault of the seller here. It was due to USPS logistics. Other than that.. The item is PERFECT and I am Very pleased with the product/ purchase. Yes I would buy from them again. 👍

  They sent me the WRONG item. I've tried twice to contact them via CHAT (apparently the only way)...and nobody responds. HOPEFULLY, they will read this and contact me to exchange the item. If not, then...I will buy from someone else. The item I ordered was a Kindle Fire case...for a 10.5 inch tablet. The one I received is too small. It must be for a 9.5 inch tablet.   My item arrived on time as described. The package was bent at the corner of the box, but I did not opened right away in waiting my tablet arrived. In the time I opened it, the crack appeared on both screen sheets. I contacted the company right away. They apologized for the situation, and tried the solve the issue right away. They offered a replacement or a refund. Finally I accepted the refund option. They were willing to do their best to satisfy the customer. This is a good company!
