  Very happy with seller's price, packing and communication. RECOMMENDED! But not at all happy with the DHL delivery tracking. Even now, when item arrived a day late, it still shows in ebay as not even posted. Seems DHL data feed into ebay is not reliable. And seems DHL change event timings in their web tracking to make themselves look not quite as bad as they are, e.g. they reported that the item had reached the delivery depot yesterday at 15h00, but now say was not at depot till 06h30 this a.m.!

  The new inner rear RHS tailgate light for our 2006 Audi A6 Allroad Avant Quattro 3.0 SDV6 came today (13-5-25) in new condition, well packaged and at a great discounted price.I am very happy with my communication with the seller by email who checked the light would fit ( checked against our car reg and Audi VIN number.) before the purchase.I am very happy with our purchase and highly recommend this seller with a 5 star rating.Thank you.

  First class seller communication and parts delivery. I gave them my reg no and VIN and received a reply in less than an hour (at 8pm) telling me the parts that I needed. A very competitive price and fast tracked delivery. Many thanks for the service guys, I really appreciate it.

  Parts are as described, they were dispatched promptly, only downside was Royal Mail delivery which was delayed this was in no way the sellers fault, when I contacted the seller about this I was contacted straight away and the issue was resolved, hence good customer service, overall I would purchase from this seller again

  An amazing seller. Really went out there way, manufacturer sent a wrong part which wasnt the sellers fault and they went out there way to sent the correct one even though they have to go through a warranty procedure themselves with them but still helped sort me out. Fantastic quality, perfect condition great value and the packaging and appearance is great. Amazing customer service 💯 couldn't recommend this seller highly enough. And yes I genuinely mean it. They really valued there customers.

  Exactly the bolt I needed for servicing my01 Audi S3. Came in original Febi packaging and brand new as described. Great value so I bought two. Only down side which was outside of the sellers control was my postman delivering them to the wrong address. Great seller would use again 👍🏻
