  I am staggered, the seller was extremely helpful, thoughtful and did not once make me feel i could not communicate, when there was questions and confusion it was cleared up. Even though the parcel came from China, it arrived within days once shipped, astonishingly fast. Item arrived in perfect condition. I have waited so long for a good Kong figure like this, Hiya delivered on great Quality. Value for money is outstanding and the figures Appearance is fantastic. Thank you for a great service!

  Well packaged and swiftly despatched-item was not received initially because it was addressed to and left at the wrong place by the courier. However, the seller was promptly helpful about this straight away and genuinely concerned to resolve the problem and the item has now been brought to the right place so that I now have it. A conscientious seller.

  The listing stated the seller was away so there would be a delay in reciving the item until they were back. But they still managed to get the quality item sent to me in a couple of days. A week earlier than expected, in undamaged, well packaged condition, to my very pleasant surprise. Their communication was excellent, and i recommend them. I would choose this seller to buy from if they stocked what i needed in the future.

  Ordered this case, which is lovely and just as the pictured showed, unfortunately there was issue with the postal service but after contacting the seller to say it had not arrived, the seller kept in constant communication, offered to refund or resend, and when I asked for a another to be resent, the seller did and kept me updated all the way through. Would definitely order again.

  The mark of a great company is what happens when something goes wrong and, this seller is one of the greats. Unfortunately, the item had arrived damaged from manufacture but, the seller replied to my return request within minutes with a kind and courteous reply. Everything was handled super smoothly and every follow-up question I had was replied to quickly with the same patience and positive energy. Arguably the best after-sales experience I’ve had for any return - eBay otherwise!
