    Appearance of item was exactly as described. It arrived in excellent condition. It was an excellent value item. The quality of the item was new and had not been opened. It still had the seal on it, and came in the original packaging. I would purchase from this seller again!

    Thank you for having these in-stock. Ordered Aug 2, delivered Aug 7. The boxes were not cellophane wrapped as shown in the images, but product was in tact. Will order again.

    The description said the item was new, but when it arrived it turned out to be used. I contacted the seller to file a complaint, and they indicated that since they have a lot of inventory, they don't know the condition of the item they're selling. Is that an excuse for a misleading ad? I asked for my money back, and they offered to refund half. When I told them it was unacceptable, they stopped responding and took no further action. A totally dishonest and untrustworthy seller.
