  Contacted seller asking if it was locked to Xfinity AS DESCRIBED in description, and wouldn't give me a straight answer. I bought anyways and turns out it was STOLEN from Verizon. Obviously, didn't match the description so when trying to return, he threatened me to report me to my local police (good joke) and tried to offer $10 compensation when this was a $350+ item. BEWARE SELLER!!

  This item was sold for parts, and I specifically told u in our Messages this would not be able to be activated. next time do more due dilligance and less of taking advantage of return policy. Buyers like you ruin eBay for everyone.
