  Overall a great buying experience from this seller. Steam Deck is brand new just as advertised, packaging was secure as well. Delivery was delayed not because of the seller but because of USPS; seller shipped the item the next day after purchase. Will get another Steam Deck for my brother from this seller again.   Items were listed as brand new in MINT BOX with seals, but arrived in crushed boxes and popped seals. Items were POORLY PACKAGED, would never have arrived in mint boxes the way they were shipped. Seller did not want to correct order properly, and resorted to writing insults in messages. I have never dealt with a seller like this. Obviously the damage is from poor packaging for shipment. I’ve asked to return for full refund. The best he’s offered is 7.1 and later 9.7% refund!?! Poor business.

  The box was unfortunately crushed in shipping from what appears to be something falling on it. While unfortunate this does occur. The product of the legos themselves appeared to have no issue. I referenced several recent sales of damaged box products which went for substantially higher values than the refund the buyer was asking. So I told them a return would be more appropriate.

  Great seller! Answered my question almost immediately and shipped out immediately after it was ordered ( I ordered on a Friday night, it shipped the next day, it got here Tuesday which was a day earlier than expected). It is brand new as expected and was completely sealed when received so of course I didn’t see any scratches or signs of previous use.
