  Before purchasing I asked the seller for assurance that this medical product was flat packed so that the lead inlay would not be damaged. His response was to call me "Darling" and did not assure me, at all. It arrived today in a very thin bag not packed flat in a protective box and it was folded and bent, which damages the inlay so it does not fully block radiation. The seller could not understand basic English and the instructions were in Mandarin. There is no way he could fix this

  When the buyer contacted me to explain this matter, the package had already been shipped. we have carefully packaged this product. But the product may be touched by multiple courier personnel during the package transportation process, which inevitably leads to collisions, and from the photos, it seems to be okay.
