First, he waited an entire week to ship my items, when they didn't come, he said he would refund me, but just reshipped them, which would have been OK except they never came, again. I make and sell knives, and because I still didn't have the blades after 3 weeks, I had two order cancelations. I lost money because I ordered from him. He might be an upstanding seller, but I'll never know, since I couldn't get what I paid for.
