  I ordered a 6 inch elephant fern and received a asparagus fern. I emailed the seller and he was very apologetic and said he would make it right. They ended up not having a 6 inch fern. Asked if I would be willing to take a 4 inch and they would reimburse me the difference. I accepted and they reimbursed me the difference. I got the fern I wanted. In great packaging and no damage. I would buy from this buyer again. Thank you so much.

  Wow, just wow. I am so impressed. Was skeptical to buy a plant, especially a specialty plant, from a Christmas store on Ebay (having also never ordered from eBay prior) but for maybe %10 of the cost of any other I had found I figured it was worth a shot. Plant travelled all the way from Florida to the high desert of Southern California and arrived completely unfazed. So beautiful and happy. Absolutely LOVE IT!!!
