  I ordered a 6 inch elephant fern and received a asparagus fern. I emailed the seller and he was very apologetic and said he would make it right. They ended up not having a 6 inch fern. Asked if I would be willing to take a 4 inch and they would reimburse me the difference. I accepted and they reimbursed me the difference. I got the fern I wanted. In great packaging and no damage. I would buy from this buyer again. Thank you so much.

  Wow, just wow. I am so impressed. Was skeptical to buy a plant, especially a specialty plant, from a Christmas store on Ebay (having also never ordered from eBay prior) but for maybe %10 of the cost of any other I had found I figured it was worth a shot. Plant travelled all the way from Florida to the high desert of Southern California and arrived completely unfazed. So beautiful and happy. Absolutely LOVE IT!!!   Great packaging and plant arrived in good shape. Plant looks healthy and soil was still damp. Box was banged up but the packaging was so good the plant fared well.
