  Disappointed. The tree shipped was different then advertised/pictured, and there was no indication in the description the product would differ from that advertised/pictured. The tree was also thrown in a box with no packaging, and was dead on arrival. I see there are nuteral rating similar to this aswell. I do not like leaving negative feedback, but due to the three reasons above it's merited.

  Shipped from NC to AK the plant will not be nursery fresh at delivery. it needs to recover from shipping shock as with all online plant orders . Buyer never contacted me to resolve the problem. I have many more positive feedback on my plants too.
