Battery was charged to about 1/3 of capacity for safety reasons which were explained in the handy instructions included. It came wrapped in the static free cover and foam pads to keep it secure in the box. Seller was quick to ship, communication on shipment and tracking info was quickly sent to me. I sent them a message because after installing the throttle position sensor my truck was still running erratically. In my message to them I asked if sometimes these sensors have a defect. In their message back to me they asked if I would like a refund without having a to send the part back. Thankfully I found that I didn’t reconnect a vacuum hose and that was the problem. Their part was fine. 5 stars!!!
