The phone works perfectly so far, has no scratches, and looks exactly as described. The color is beautiful and definitely worth the money. We've only had it for about a week, but so far, very satisfied with this purchase! The seller was also very responsive and even followed up to ensure the phone was working properly and to offer help with setup. Excellent service!

  Seller was awesome to work with. Ran into a snafu with the first phone not wanting to stay online with a physical or e-SIM, but they worked with me to address the issue. Communication through the whole process was great! After returning the initial phone, a replacement was offered and the replacement has worked flawlessly since arrival.
