  While the product unfortunately came with one side not working, the issue appears to have been an unfortseen manufacturer issue and it may be repairable with the right parts, but the headphones were well priced, well packed, and shipped promptly. The seller also was very kind in communicating with me about the issue I had with them and we were able to resolve without trouble. Would definitely purchase from again.

  The items arrived in good condition and packaged well. I am grateful to the seller for their willingness to accept my purchase offer. I am a little disappointed with the items being camo and not black which is what I was expecting, but I will keep them none the less. Shipping was delayed twice so it took longer to get to me but that was not the fault of the seller. All in all I am satisfied with my purchase but not completely blown away by it.

  The item arrived new in the original box, and was exactly as described in the listing. I’m very pleased with this especially since these ornaments can no longer be found in the stores. The seller is reputable and quick to send out the items (I have ordered other ornaments from this seller and have been happy each time.) I would order from this seller again.
