    when first offer fell through, seller explained why and said he's accept if I made the same offer. I did, and all questions I had were answered to my satisfaction. Shipping & packaging were very good. It was as exactly as described with the JSA/LOA. The value seems good, but, of course, remains to be seen.

    Seller was great! The bat was packaged exceptionally well, came extremely fast, and in excellent condition. Seller stated that the bat was in great condition, pictures were representative, and was definitely correct. I was blown away when I opened it, and have been loving it since receiving today! The seller was very professional. The JSA COA came in hard clear plastic, which was great. I have purchased from this seller beforehand, and will continue to do so going forward! Great experience!!

    UPS delivered to wrong location and they did pick back up and bring to me. Had me nervous at first. Seller was very quick to respond and assured me everything would be taken care of in the event it did not make it to me. Great customer service would buy again.

    The seller had made numerous attempts to contact me to make it right . I told him what I would want and he made it happen . He got me a list of the names on the ball, got them certified and gave me a slight discount for my aggravation . He had promised to do what it would take to make it right and he did. So I am now sure he just made a dumb mistake and had a bad day and I am confident his company is good to work with and I will in the future .
