  Offer was made to seller, and offer was accepted. Item never arrived nor did tracking update from when label was created. Purchased Jan 27, reached out twice for update and received no response. Had to request refund through eBay because seller could not bother responding. Unfortunate, this has to be my first negative review on a seller.
