  Happy with the item but was promised delivery on a certain date and then when that date came and I still had not received the item I contacted the seller, no response so I contacted again and was told it would go out "mid week" no apology or mention why I had to message twice to get an answer. Took over a week to ship from time I paid and then over 2 weeks to arrive. Would have appreciated better customer service.

  Thanks for your purchase. Not sure what happen here, perhaps item got redelivered back to us from the carrier and had to re ship the item.
