  I cannot praise this seller enough! I have been desiring this witch since I had learned of her. I am Not disappointed! She arrived brand new in box, and had INSTRUCTIONS! Took time and some sweat to get her together…but well worth it! Thank you for offering her at an affordable price, that made my excitement even greater! Fast shipping, and Seller responds fast and knowledgeable and that is a major asset for eBay!

  Received on time. Packaging: It was suppose to be a gift but was not shipped in another box, so no surprise but all good. Value: price was double where I could have ordered it but really, really wanted it and was willing to pay the price. Was as described.

  Very unpleasant eperience - I believe the item was Drop-Shipped because it arrived with someone else's name on the packing slip, and it it was shipped from the Home Depot. So I brought the item to Home Depot, and gave the customer service clerk the packing slip and the storage bin. The clerk said she would refund the credit card of the person on the packing slip, and told me that I was all set. I did contact the seller about this, and my message was completely ignored.

  I was very impressed with the communication. My mail room never notified me that the package had arrived and he vendor was very patient in helping me get the information I needed to obtain the package. I would very definitely do business with this vendor again.
