  Item arrived in great condition and as described. No complaints there. However, my experience with the courier service delivering it was somewhat less than positive, claiming to have attempted delivery at a time when I was at home waiting for it to arrive, and then that the package had got lost in the system, although my dealings with them on the phone were civilised and the parcel was eventually delivered two days later. This is no reflection on the product or the supplier.

  Although the item was delivered on time, its condition was not good, through no fault of the seller. The sturdy card packaging was saturated, as if it had been lying in a pool of water for some time, and began to disintegrate as I opened it. I informed the seller, who promptly offer a return, but on inspecting the contents I decided to keep them, since they appeared to have suffered no damage. I shall raise the matter with the courier 'service'. Very impressed with seller.
